When verifying a MyCash account, the following information MUST be verified:
Complete KYC:
- Customer's TRN
- Full Name
- DOB
- When the user asks the customer the various information above select pass or fail after completing the verification questions the user will select ‘verify’ in Mobile Money
- Complete a minimum of 2 additional compliance questions as seen below:
