NOTE: A customer can add up to 3 cards to their MyCash Wallet.
Any removed card cannot be re-added until after 1 year. Also, if a card is removed, that spot will be considered used, and no additional card can be added for 1 year.
Please be advised that you should follow the below steps correctly to have your card successfully linked.
1. On the home screen of the app, select the option 'Cash In'
2. Under Via Bank Cards heading select Add Mastercard/Visa then Add Card
3. An 'pop up' message will appear for the customer to verify their card and a temporary amount will be charged to their card, once the customer selects continue
4. Enter the details for the Mastercard/Visa, and the customer will be prompted to enter the temporary amount charged to their card - N.B: The customer may check their email if they receive email notifications from their bank to verify the amount charged, check their banking transactions or contact their bank directly.
5. Once card has been successfully verified the customer would enter the amount they would like to cash-in
6. Once successfully cashed-in a confirmation screen for a successful transaction will be shared.
